Warranty Info |
All warranty work is done by a factory certified technician in the customers area at no cost to the customer or the machines are simply replaced. All parts and labor are covered for at least 90 days, unless otherwise noted on our site. If you have questions regarding where you can find service please call us at 866-530-8502 and we would be happy to assist you in contacting your local servicing dealer.
- If a machine appears damaged, i.e. the box has a hole in it, open box, or is torn apart, DENY the shipment. If you sign for the machine, you are accepting that the machine does not look damaged.
- If it is obvious that the machine is damaged and you accept the machine, there are NO returns.
- If there is hidden damage please call us at 866-530-8502 and we will have the shipping company come out and inspect the machine. In this case, the machine must be repacked EXACTLY the way that it was when it came in.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The Manufacturers warranty covers parts and labor for 90 days unless otherwise specified by the Manufacturer.
- Panaboard.com is not responsible for typographical errors. While we try to make sure all of our information is correct we cannot be held liable for misprints.
- Manufacture's warranty DOES NOT cover the cost of accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, equipment exchange or return.
- We guarantee that all of our equipment is brand new and that no machine will arrive DOA.
- If a machine does not work when received, Panaboard.com will either replace the machine or service the machine on-sight at no cost to the Customer unless the technician deems that the machine was improperly setup, customer damage, or misused.
- The Customer is not responsible for freight charges for DOA machines to be shipped back to Panaboard.com
- Panaboard.com always recommends that a professional be used to set up a machine. The machine may also require that a maintenance contract be placed on it through a local dealer.
- Panaboard.com has the option to void any machine warranty that has been improperly set up.
- All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
- An RMA must be requested within 10 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
- All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. If there is a problem with a machine and it is covered under warranty, it must be taken through the manufacturer.
- All items must be packed in all original packing. All toner should be taken out of the machine and wrapped individually.
- Please remove all installed ink or toner cartridges prior to repackaging your printer for return. Cartridges left installed during shipping can seriously damage the machine, in which case credit cannot be given. Contain these removed cartridges in either their original packing or a securable plastic bag.
Credit will be issued within two business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return. |
